All sales are final once your campaign is processed and in the system. You are purchasing live air slots, and they cannot be transferred back or refunded to us as a company or to you as the consumer.

Is my ad guaranteed to run?
Yes. Once we submit your campaign and all media has been approved. Your creative will run for the selected schedule.
How do I pay? Are there any hidden fees or taxes?
We take payment via Bank Transfer, Zelle , credit or debit card. Once we create a campaign, we will send you invoice and pay link to pay. No their is no hidden fees, but their is only 2.99% processing fee at checkout if your paying with card.
What kind of content can my ad feature?
We can upload both videos and images , it just depends on the screen itself also. Any cannabis. firearm, sexual or political related ads need to run on approved creative locations.
How fast is creative approved ?
We like to keep the approval under 72hours once submitted but due to our nerds always working in overdrive. it’s best to get us the image 5 days before you actually want it to go live. Your content is reviewed by a third-party specialist to assure the content is in accordance with local and international law for outdoor advertising. You typically can run anything you would see playing on TV or a billboard.
